LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Drinks and spirits were aglow on Bardstown Road Wednesday evening.
It was the 39th annual Cocktail Contest ahead of the Bardstown Road Aglow Festival, and WDRB’s own Monica Harkins was a judge, along with Thomas Bolton from Maker’s Mark and The Bar Belle blogger Sara Havens.
There were 12 restaurants and bars that participated. Scoring was based on taste, presentation and technique.
Uptown Cafe took home the top prize, Darlings came in second and in third was the brand new Louisville Cigar Company.
