Nearly one month after a city inspector issued a stop work notice, citing a company’s improper lead-based paint handling at the apartment complex owned by state Attorney General Treg Taylor and his wife Jodi Taylor, the paperwork remains posted on the door of Anchorage’s Inlet View Tower apartment building.
