Kyle Clifford has been arrested on suspicion of murdering BBC racing commentator John Hunt’s wife and two daughters in a horrific crossbow attack.
The 26-year-old was tracked to a cemetery in Enfield, north London, on Wednesday afternoon, and has remained in hospital in a serious condition since.
He is accused of killing Carol Hunt, 61, and sisters Hannah, 28, and Louise, 25, in what police called a targeted attack.
Mr Hunt was said to have returned home from work to discover the scene on Ashlyn Close in Bushey, Hertfordshire, on Tuesday evening.
Detective Superintendent Rob Hall, from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit, said: ‘Our thoughts remain with the victims’ family at this tragic time.
‘The investigation is moving at pace and as a result, we have now arrested a man. Enquiries are continuing at this time.’
