Janel Grant Files Motion To Strike Dr. Carlon Colker’s Complaint, Seeking Damages [Video]

There has been a new update related to the lawsuit against Vince McMahon.

Per John Pollock of POST Wrestling, Janel Grant filed a motion, hoping to strike the verified complaint that Dr. Carlon Colker issued. Grant is also seeking penalties.

This comes after Dr. Colker denied any wrongdoing regarding his treatment of Grant and filed a petition, aiming to obtain evidence from Grant so that he would have the basis for “defamation, tortious interference with business relations, and negligent and intentional inflation of emotional distress.” Dr. Colker also called Grant’s allegations about her treatment at his Peak Wellness Clinic a “smear campaign” and claimed that it severely harmed him, his reputation and that of the clinic.

Grant previously filed a petition against Dr. Colker for medical records, as she claimed that she was not aware of the treatments she received at the clinic. Grant also alleged that she started seeing Dr. Colker after Vince McMahon …
