TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Human remains were found after a fire at a home where a St. Petersburg woman was reported missing, according to police.
The St. Petersburg Police Department said the remains were found during a follow-up investigation of a house fire along Prescott Street South.
The Pinellas-Pasco County Medical Examiner’s Office and police will work to determine the identity and cause of death.
The missing woman, Kelli Fisher, 42, has not been seen or heard from since July 16.
