Grand Opening of new subdivision in Lincoln Parish [Video]

LINCOLN PARISH , La. (KNOE) -The Greater Grambling Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting and grand opening of Traditions New Model Homes today (October 16).

Officials say the area formerly known as the Oak Hills Subdivision will now be known as the DSLD Traditions Subdivisions. They say the Chamber was looking for a new way to cultivate growth in the area and a way to accommodate the community as a new BUC-EE’S establishment is being built.

The Chamber says the project is estimated to cost around 3-million dollars.

” This will provide stability and affordability for people who are commuting to Grambling for work and school. This will put the land to good use and help the community grow and thrive as we increase economic development for the area, “ says Greater Grambling Chamber of Commerce Member, Jeffery Sims.
