Gallagher expects next big development north of TBK and I-80 in spring [Video]

You can breathe again now that we’re done with the election. We will get into that a little later in the program.

We’ll start this morning focused on some investments in Bettendorf. Dirt is being moved on the southwest corner of the intersection at Devils Glen Road and Forest Grove Drive. That’s being done to clear the way for some new homes and businesses on 30 acres.

Plans from E & A Enterprises calls for a mix of single-family homes, townhouses as well as commercial buildings. The company calls it the Highland Ridge Project. This is about a mile west of the sprawling TBK Bank Sports Complex.

There are also separate longer-term possibilities to develop smaller pieces of land north of Forest Grove Drive with housing and businesses. Those haven’t been solidified yet.
