BLOOMINGTON, Minn. — Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and not just because of the food — it’s also a time to connect.
That’s what inspired two college friends to run a food truck that served their favorite breakfast foods.

The food truck can be found in Bloomington at four locations in September: St. Luke’s Church, Bobby and Steve’s, Ace Hardware and Bloomington’s Farmer’s Market.
