Fayetteville software business sued by multiple banks [Video]

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Multiple banks have filed a lawsuit against Fayetteville software company Slipstream Creative Inc. and its president for defaulting on multi-million dollar loans, according to court documents.

Slipstream Creative, operating out of a building on W Watson Street in Fayetteville, reportedly took out a multi-million dollar loan from Arvest Bank in September 2020 but stopped paying in April.

Slipstream is also being sued by Generations Bank of Rogers after they reportedly stopped making payments on another multi-million dollar loan in April.

According to Slipstream’s LinkedIn, the company works in the software development industry and provides consulting, advertising, social media management, and technology services.
