LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Several lane closures and restrictions are coming to the Sherman Minton Bridge over the next few weeks for road work.
Starting at 6 p.m. next Friday, July 12, officials with the Sherman Minton Renewal Project said there will be double lane restrictions on Interstate 64 West on the top deck of the bridge from Louisville to southern Indiana.
Those lane restrictions will end around 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 13.
The restrictions will return to I-64 West on the bridge starting at 6 p.m. on Friday, July 26, until 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 27.
One westbound lane will stay open both weekends. Officials said during the lane restrictions, the Interstate 264 westbound ramp to I-64 westbound will be closed.
