A TikToker was stunned to open a package from Temu only to discover the croissant lamp she ordered was an actual croissant.
‘Froginahatgirl’ shared the bizarre product on her page, which she had bought as a gift for a friend.
‘I came home from work after a hot day and there were like, hundreds of ants underneath it. I was like, “Why the f*** would ants want a fake croissant?”‘, she explained.
After inspecting the product further, her suspicions only deepened, as she suspected the croissant was an actual pastry covered in resin.
In the video, she showed the product from Temu – a popular cheap Chinese brand – which had a hole in it.
‘The ants were going in the hole,’ she explained. ‘So I just poked a bigger hole.’
After cracking open the product, the interior appeared to indeed be fresh pastry.
