SIOUX CITY — Casselman Street between West Fifth Street and Villa Avenue will temporarily close to through traffic Monday morning.
According to a statement from the Sioux City Engineering Division, local traffic will be maintained during the work. The closure will allow a private contractor to complete utility connections for a new home.
The work is expected to be completed by the afternoon of Oct. 26.
A detour will utilize Casselman Street, West Fifth Street and Villa Avenue. Motorists are advised to reduce speed, drive cautiously and obey all traffic control signs during the closure.
