A lip reader has posted a video online claiming that Barack Obama asked George W. Bush how they could “stop what’s happening” during President Donald Trump‘s inauguration.
Newsweek emailed a spokesperson for Obama for comment on Wednesday outside of normal business hours.

Trump was sworn in as the 47th president of the United States during a ceremony held at Capitol Hill on Monday. Some of his most notable critics, such as President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, were in attendance.
Trump has signed several executive orders after promising quick and significant reforms in his inauguration speech, including the revocation of birthright citizenship, pardoning some of the January 6 insurrectionists and withdrawal from the Paris Agreement on climate change.
