Applications for winter storm relief funding now open [Video]

BANGOR, Maine (WABI) – Applications for a second round of storm relief funding following last year’s winter storms are now open.

There is approximately $2 million remaining for small business who were impacted by the December and January storms.

2023/24 Winter Storm Damage(WABI)

It’s part of a $60 million storm relief package secured by Governor Mills and approved by the Legislature.

That package is the single largest investment in storm recovery by any administration in the state’s history.

Applications can be found at Maine.gov.

They are due by January 14th.
