2025 Goals: The Mindset Shift That Will MAKE or BREAK Them [Video]

2025 Goals: The Mindset Shift That Will MAKE or BREAK Them

I will discuss why you must focus on what you can control, ensure your actions back up your words, and examine how you view yourself.

“Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right.” — Henry Ford, an American industrialist, business magnate, and founder of the Ford Motor Company

Most people don’t realize their actions reflect their state of mind.

To change yourself, you must change how you see yourself.

Examine your positive and negative patterns.
Look at your beliefs.
See what limits you impose on yourself.
Your patterns, beliefs, and limits can keep you from reaching your goals.

Changing oneself can be tricky because we tend to focus on surface-level actions instead of the motivations behind them.

To reach your goals, you must change your mindset.

“The mind is everything. What you think you become.” — Buddha, founder of Buddhism

The standard approach to setting goals is to start a new chapter with a goal such as “I want to lose 25 pounds” or “I want to make a million dollars.”

This outcome-based goal-setting approach will not motivate you to get the desired results you want.

“The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be.” — Ralph Waldo Emerson, an American author

However, there are three obstacles to taking this approach. Let’s examine what they are and how you can overcome them.
