US Gold Corp (NASDAQ:USAU) founder Edward Karr talked with Proactive’s Stephen Gunnion about the company’s latest significant milestones at Resourcing Tomorrow 2024. He highlighted the recent approval of the air quality permit for the CK Gold Project in Wyoming, making it a fully permitted project ready for construction.
“This is now a fully permitted project and ready to go towards construction production,” Karr explained. He also discussed a recent $10.2 million non-broker financing round, underscoring the strong support from both new and long-term shareholders.
Karr detailed the company’s plans to update its 2021 pre-feasibility study by January 2025, aiming for a bankable feasibility study by mid-2025. He emphasised the growing interest from potential financiers, noting robust project economics and the strategic importance of the CK Gold Project.
