A Pennsylvania judge granted former President Donald Trump‘s request to extend a voting deadline in Bucks County.

Trump’s campaign filed a lawsuit on Wednesday claiming that some voters had been turned away by county election workers while waiting in line to apply in person for a mail-in ballot for the November 5 election.

A few hours after the lawsuit, Bucks County Judge Jeffrey Trauger granted Trump’s request, extending the deadline to apply in person for a mail-in ballot to the end of the business day on Friday. Trauger wrote in the order that election officials who had turned away voters who were in line before the registration deadline had “violated the Pennsylvania Election Code.”

The deadline to apply for on-demand mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania was Tuesday, although several voters complained over social media that they had been sent away before the 5 p.m. cutoff due to the long wait times.
