The episode is a conversation with entrepreneur Agatha Relota Luczo, and centers around olive oil in all of its forms, from culinary mainstay to skincare supreme. Luczo, an olive oil sommelier, has built a wellness empire out of her family farm in Sicily. Her business ventures include Bona Furtuna, a luxury olive oil label, and Furtuna Skin, a high-end skincare line that uses olive oil as its main ingredient.
