RAM to host free healthcare clinic in Morristown starting Friday [Video]

MORRISTOWN, Tenn. — The Morristown community will have a free healthcare clinic starting Friday, giving people a chance to get free dental, vision and medical care.

Remote Area Medical will host the healthcare clinic at Manley Baptist Church, located at 3603 West Andrew Johnson Highway. It is meant to make sure people who may not be able to access vital kinds of healthcare have a chance to see medical workers and get the care they need. The clinic will run until Sept. 21.

People will have a chance to get free dental cleanings, dental fillings, dental extractions, dental X-rays, eye exams, eye health exams, eyeglass prescriptions, eyeglasses, women’s health exams and other medical exams. No insurance or identification will be required.

The parking lot will open no later than 11:59 p.m. on Thursday and will stay open for the duration of the clinic. Its doors …
