Scattered showers the rest of Sunday [Video]

We have had some scattered showers and storms move through the Tri-State today and we have more on the way through the rest of the afternoon and evening. These are nuisance showers that are moving northwest to southeast and will bring some heavy downpours that last 10 to 15 minutes. These will bring some delays to your outdoor plans but those should only be 15 to 20 minute delays. However, there may be more than one. There may be a few rumbles of thunder, but most of these should just stay as heavy showers.

Additionally, we are dealing with some very high humidity out there today. It feels like a sauna as temperatures range from the upper 70s into the low 80s. Winds are from the north today and will continue to stay breezy at 10 to 15 mph.
