Family says dream home is not livable; wants answers from management [Video]

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — A family is frustrated after their plan to move into their new home was cut short.

The family moved so the dad could work as a police officer in the metro, but they said on move-in day, the house was “uninhabitable”.

“My family was so excited to get a new start and hopefully make a better life for ourselves,” said Jamie Anderson who’s frustrated with the rental home.

The Anderson’s moved to the metro at the beginning of August.

Jamie Anderson said they were looking to move for a year.

“We saw this house and we thought it was absolutely beautiful,” said Anderson.

Anderson said their beautiful home was anything but that, even though she said management promised them it would be move-in ready.
