Bike run benefit builds homes for veterans [Video]

YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)– A charitable bike riding benefit to help build homes for veterans took place from York to Gettysburg on Sunday, August 10.

Bikers rode from York to Gettysburg on Sunday in partnership with Texas Roadhouse and “Home for Our Troops.”

Home for Our Troops is a national charity that builds and donates custom homes to 9/11 veterans injured in the line of duty.

Home for Our Troops has built nearly 400 homes in 47 states and is currently working on an additional 68 projects.
