Attention Billings well-dressed women and those who want to be, there is a shop for you downtown, and it opened just over a month ago. My Fehr Lady boutique at 2819 2^nd Ave N. (in the old Desmond’s store) is bringing classy chic to local women. Store owner Chanyfehr Buchanan named the store for herself and love for Audrey Hepburn.

Buchanan is a southern ‘Mississippi’ belle with retail management experience hailing from a small, well-known district called ‘The Square’ in Oxford.
