A deputy with the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office is recovering after being hit by a vehicle, according to officials with the Winston-Salem Police Department.On Monday around 2:15 a.m., WSPD officers responded to the area of the 1200 block of South Martin Luther King Jr. Drive after hearing several gunshots.
